Laura is the founder and operator of LW Pearl Atelier, lwpearlatelier.com ; a couture and celebrity textile atelier based in the New York borough of Manhattan.

LW Pearl originally was founded as a Private Womens Ready to Wear company servicing members of royalty, dignitaries and celebrities with the finest made to measure garments.

Since its inception, the brand has presented three collections representing a modern take on Irish field and country clothing, with tailoring inspired in 1920s and 1950s classic cuts as well as an expanded athleisure womens and menswear collection, for every day casual wear.

In 2024, Laura Weber was chosen as the Official Outfitter for Team Irelands Paris Summer Games Ceremony Wears. Where she designed Formal Track Suits for the Opening Ceremonies, representing the country, its counties, and the athletes across all Olympic sports.

With this placement, Laura Weber sits among the mega brands that have attained Outfitter Status through the history of the modern games.

LW Pearl has decided to expand its range to continue its passion for formal tailoring, weather proofed outerwear, as well as sport and loungewear.

Laura and her team are artisans, and celebrity tailors with more than 30 years of experience combined. In the coming year, we are excited to present products that reflect our dedication to our Irish clients, and the admiration we hold for its athletes, and leaders across sports and public administration.
